Human Extension

This series of oil paintings explores the quiet friction between human vulnerability and technological expansion. Rendered through a surrealist lens, organic forms and mechanical structures collide, blurring the boundaries between body and machine. Caught between intimacy and alienation, the figures interrogate how engineered systems shape our inner lives.

This series of oil paintings was conceived in 2015, developed mostly around 2016, and was part of the Human Extension solo show at Galateca Gallery (Bucharest) in 2017. I still want to contribute to this series in the future.
